Net Promoter Score (NPS), is a measure of how likely a customer is to recommend a brand, product, or service to a friend or colleague. Let’s compare ArganoInterRel’s extremely high satisfaction percentage to the competition. The industry average for System Integrators is an NPS of 24%, and for Global System Integrators, the average NPS is 9%. By soaring past the industry benchmarks, ArganoInterRel’s score is considered World Class.
How is NPS Measured?
Measured on a scale of 1-10, customers select their level of satisfaction with the services provided by the provider. Those who choose 0-6, are labeled as “Detractors” and are unhappy with their experience, making them less likely to recommend a brand. Selectors 0f 7-8 are labeled as “Passives” and are satisfied with their experience but likely to be swayed by better offers. Customers who choose 9-10 are labeled as “Promoters” and are highly satisfied with their experience. Promoters are highly valuable, and very likely to recommend the brand. To calculate an NPS, simply subtract the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters. For example, If a company has 40% detractors and 55% promoters, 55-40= 15% NPS.
